Air Conditioning Service Kent, East Sussex and West Sussex

Routine or regular air conditioning services of your equipment is recommended by all leading manufacturers. We provide one off as well as air conditioning maintenance contracts (see below) for all current and new customers to take advantage of.

An air conditioning service should be carried out if your system is not working, leaking or not cooling/heating properly, or at its usual efficiency. Our highly qualified engineers will arrange a visit and can work on all major brands of air conditioning systems.

Air Conditioning Maintenance Kent, East Sussex and London

To protect your investment in your air conditioning equipment we recommend that you obtain a Preventative Maintenance Agreement. This will normally involve 2 – 4 visits per year for air conditioning equipment and an annual visit by a fully trained air conditioning maintenance engineer. Preventative Maintenance contracts are available from Aspen Service and will provide you with peace of mind you need. Our agreements are bespoke to your needs as well as the type of air conditioning system that you have had installed.

During each visit all functions of the system will be inspected, below is a more detailed breakdown of each feature we cover;

Filters and Heat Exchangers

It is dependant on the type of air conditioner you have but filters should be checked every few weeks and cleaned if necessary and they should be replaced every 6-12 months, depending on the amount of usage. Filters affect both the efficiency of the air conditioner and help clean the air that is passed through.

A heat exchanger is built to enable efficient transfer of heat from one source to another, a key element to any air conditioning unit. Also called air coils, DX coils or just coils these should be checked regularly and serviced every year.

Other areas that will be checked and serviced are pressure controls and operation effectiveness as well as electrical controls on the units or any wall mounted or handheld remote controls.

The aim, of course, is to maintain the equipment in efficient and reliable working order and reduce the risk of failure.
